Másodiknak áttekintett termékünk: Filofax Original Monochrome. A Filofax egyik legrégebbi terméke, az Original filofaxok teljesen eredeti stílust képviselnek és joggal igényelhetnék maguknak a legmagasabb helyezést az organiserek közötti versenyben. Az Original vonalban minden egyesül amit a készítők a legelsőnek gyártott filofaxok óta tanultak: lebontva a stílust és a struktúrát az alapokig, az Original filofax egyszerű kialakításával sokszínű választék egyesül, így mindenki saját ízlésére szabott Filofaxot választhat. A Monochrome Original konzervatív és a tekintetet vonzó fekete és fehér színek párosításával az eddigi Original típusok között is egyedi. 

Mindkét méretben megtalálható a filofaxokra jellemző sokféle tartalom: két kártyatartó, hosszanti irányban két nagy zseb és egy jegyzettömb tartó zseb, egy elasztikus tolltartó az első borítón rögzítve, valamint a szokásos betétek és jegyzetlapok. A borító - melyen tapintásra is érződik a valódi bőr jellegzetes puhasága - egy darabból vágott színbőrből készül, minden ponton szilárdan rögzítve a zsebekhez, a kivehető gyűrűs szerkezethez és a záró patenthez.

A két-színes külalakhoz a króm megjelenést a hátsó borítón és a gerincen található fémgombok biztosítják. A Monochrome belső borítóján érződik a színbőr természetes puhasága, mely látható és tapintható a belső bőrborítás és a gyűrűs szerkezet között.

In focus: Filofax Original Monochrome

Our second product to be reviewed is The Original Monochrome. One of the oldest models of Filofax, the Original line represents a fully original style. These filofaxes would rightfully claim the top position in the competition between personal organisers. Everything that makes filofaxes the best products in their category comes together in the Original line: the makers took the basics of their most successful organisers and broke it down to the basic level regarding both style and functionality. The Original filofaxes contain both simplicity and elegance, coupled with a wide array of colours to choose from, so that everyone can select their own preferred look to their liking. The Original Monochrome is at once conservative-looking and a combination of black and white that inevitably catches the eye, making it the most unique among all the Original colours.

Both sizes include variety that is particular to filofaxes and The Original: two card holders, two full-length pockets, a notepad holder, an elastic pen holder attached to the front cover, and an array of notepapers, indices and accessories. The cow leather cover gives a genuine feel to the material both inside and outside, and it's made of a single piece for each organiser, perfectly and tightly attached to the pockets, the leather strap and the removable rings.

The chrome look is made complete by the metallic patents seen on the back cover and the spine of Monochrome. The natural softness of the leather which covers the inner sleeve can be seen and felt between the inside cover material and the removable rings.
